Charles’ experience includes the full range of legal counsel required by an auto dealership for both state and federal laws. He has helped clients throughout Michigan and has provided insight and expertise for legal matters across the country. Prior to joining the firm, Charles served as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service. Charles holds an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Charles is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan, U.S Tax Court, and Michigan Courts.
