Alycia P. Wesley practices in all areas of Estate Planning and administration, Wills, Trusts and Probate, with specific expertise in estate planning for families with young children. Her practice also includes business and succession planning, general business and corporate entity formation, business sales and acquisitions and related matters, and residential and corporate real estate sales, acquisitions and leases.

Straightforward with every client, and an exceptional listener, Ms. Wesley provides unique and tailored advice to meet each client’s specific goals. She is known for advising clients in simple terms, and for helping clients better understand the overall scope of their legal matters and needs. While her clients span all generations, as a mother of three young children Alycia is especially familiar with estate planning needs facing families with young children of their own.

Ms. Wesley’s estate planning practice ranges from the preparation of simple Wills, powers of attorney, and ladybird deeds, to more complex estate planning matters involving revocable and irrevocable trusts and other forms of legal documents and techniques to assist with the smooth transition of assets both during lifetime or after death.

Ms. Wesley’s real estate practice focuses on both residential and commercial transactions involving the negotiation and documentation of agreements for the purchase and sale of real estate, leasing of commercial real estate on behalf of both tenants and landlords, 1031 like-kind exchanges, and real estate financing transactions.

Ms. Wesley’s corporate practice involves counseling clients on a variety of matters including the formation and structuring of corporations and limited liability companies and the documentation and preparation of governing documents for these organizations.

Ms. Wesley also counsels business clients, including automobile dealers and other closely held businesses, on matters involving proper compliance with state and federal laws and regulations governing their businesses.
